I was able to set up an appointment at the time that was convenient for me. I appreciate that they completed my oil change and I was not pressured to purchase anything else: air filters, etc! Everyone was very friendly and I enjoyed a quiet place to sit and wait.
I took my new GMC Canyon in for a new steering wheel as the leather was cracking (warranty issue). Unfortunately the techs accedentally left some marks/scratches in the steering column plastic. The dealership is takeing care if the issue and has been great about the entire process.
Brought my vehicle in last Tuesday to get repaired, just received it back yesterday (October 2) dealership never communicated what was going on with my car or the fact that it had to have another part put on because the first one failed. Never returned calls. Was supposed to hear from Andy last Friday; still waiting to hear from him by the way.
