First, the lady in service that took care of me did a great job. She really tried to help. Second, I was sold a truck that supposedly had remote start. When I came in to see why it doesn't work, I was told that it doesn't have remote start. They said they would order and install remote start at no charge. This was one trip and over 2 hours waiting. Third, when I went to have the remote start installed, the parts were wrong. That was two more trips to the dealership, one to drop off and one to pick up my truck. Finally, over a week later, I was notified that my parts were in stock. I dropped off my truck and later picked it up. It was finished and the remote start worked. This was 5 trips and numerous hours to get something that I was told the truck had at time of purchase. I appreciate what the lady did to take care of the issue. She is a good employee. I am not happy that this took so much of my time to resolve.

Joe McKinley and staff are excellent! Have purchased several vehicles and will continue to do so. They stand behind what you are told and no hidden surprises. I believe Don Moore to be trustworthy, loyal, and do care about the customer experience. This includes sales staff, collision repair AND service. I have had experience over many years with all aspects of the dealership. Joe, Andy, Doug, Zach, Cody, Roger, Damien, Mason, to name a few, do not intend any slight, just am unable to remember all of them! Would (and do) highly recommend them!
I came in for my first oil change and also needed my tires rotated and a tire patched where I had a slow leak. They were able to locate a nail and patch my tire and perform what I needed to my satisfaction. The guy working that checked me in and assisted me was super nice too! It took a little longer than I expected but they were busy so I didn���t mind.
Very good to work with. I had a very specific vehicle that I was looking for and there were only 2 - 3 in the entire country. They were able to contact a dealer and work out a trade within one week. Very pleased with their over all attentiveness and service. Also, shout out to salesman Alan Simon... thank you.

I had my 2011 suburban serviced and ask the adviser to have tech check the car over good. when he returned, he had a list of parts that totaled over $1600.00. With labor added the total came to over $2900.00. For this amount of money I would expect to be shown the repairs needed while the car was on the rack
