Problem with bluetooth connection from the first day. After months of having to turn the bluetooth tooth on and off every time I got in for it to connect, I upgraded my phone and it still is not working correctly. Because no codes are showing on their side I was told they will not replace my radio/phone system. I was also told my phone was the problem. However when they tried to connect to other vehicles, it worked fine. I have a galaxy a10e with android 9 system. I was told they don't understand why it's not working because this system is listed as an acceptable operating system. A brand new car under warranty and they suggest using an app which will eat up my data. The first day I got the car we were there 3+ hours trying to set up my phone. We were there 3 hours yesterday only to be told they won't do anything and for me to buy a new phone or wait for an update on my current phone and "hope" that fixes the problem. I have 3 GM retirees between my Dad and brothers in my family. Family doesn't treat you like this.

my car is there for oil consumption test the 2nd time ... the people there was very nice ... but I have been waiting on a call from manager Chevy( garage )to return my call I have left 3 messages for him and he does not return call . so today I start with calls again. so if you can have him call me that would be great 2nd car I have bought from there and looking to buy again ... or not ....
