2017 GMC Acadia: All New & Better Than Ever
The 2017 GMC Acadia underwent a complete redesign for the current model year and there’s lots to talk about. For starters, the 2017 Acadia is significantly lighter than the outgoing model and that’s resulted in even better fuel efficiency for drivers. It’s also a smaller in size than before, but rest assured GMC engineers made sure that didn’t affect the comfortable and roomy interior that Acadia has been known for throughout the years.
There are three trim levels available on the 2017 GMC Acadia: base model, All Terrain and Denali. If you plan on taking your Acadia out into the Kentucky mountain roads, then the All Terrain edition is the right model for you. The Denali edition is the highest equipped trim level of the Acadia and comes with tons of premium luxury features. GMC made sure to equip every trim level of the 2017 Acadia with loads of fun and functional features like Stabilitrak traction control, remote keyless entry, touchscreen display and more.
Under Acadia’s hood, you’ll find a 2.5 liter 4-cylinder engine that provides the sport utility vehicle with 193 horsepower. If you desire additional power, there’s also a V6 engine configuration available that amps horsepower up to 310 and delivers 271 lb-ft torque.
