Tahoe service for 45,000 mile check-up and oil change. Quoted 1 hr wait time and vehicle was not ready until 2 hrs later. Tech recommended hepa cabin filter change. I agreed. Noticed a rattling noise later after hours when I adjusted fan speed on A/C. Called service dept next morning and was told 'all we did was change oil and rotate tires.' I explained more than that was done and the noise must have something to do with the new filter. Told to bring vehicle in at 9:30. Arrived and tech said 'must be a leaf trapped when new filter was installed.' An hour and a half later my truck was finished. The whole experience made me question if the 29 point inspection actually occurred considering the a/c system was part of the inspection and why wouldn't one notice the loud vibrating noise when fan speed was adjusted. Also witnessed several inefficiencies among all service department staff from not knowing where paperwork printed to where keys had been placed. The whole department is in great need of process improvement engineer to reduce customer wait and also needs quality control so customers do not have to return next day for additional service.
Purchased a 2017 z71 diesel Chevrolet Colorado. Buying experience was simple, straightforward, and stress free. It was a pleasure working with Zach Grable. All features and options were explained to me in detail. All my questions were quickly answered. I am completely satisfied with my new truck!
Everyone was courteous. However they done nothing to correct the problem but took my money anyways. I had a vibration in the front end and I asked for it to be checked out and possibly road force balance the tires. When I went to check out they said it still has a slight vibration; that would have been an indicator to me that it wasn't fixed. I went back the next day and they said there wasn't anything else they could do. They were also unable to give me a printout of the balance job to take back to the wheel manufacture. There goes my $72 for nothing.
