I came in with a blank key and key fobs to be programmed. About two hours went by. They came back and said oh sorry we cannot do this Key. You’ll have to buy a key and come back. It will be $200. I went to the desk to pay on myinvoice was a $13 fee for environmental cost. I ask about this. Oh sorry the machine’s messing up they took it off. I just wonder how many others this happens to.

I requested my tires be rotated and was told they were. I "suspected" this to be the case on a previous visit. This time I marked my tires to confirm that they were rotated. When I got home I checked the marks and confirmed they were NOT rotated.

Firstly, let me say that each individual employee I interacted with at Don Moore was pleasant. I owe a great deal to Colton Thompson and Joseph McKinley, who helped me with service, due to personal relationships, despite my issues being service related. My 2017 Z71 Suburban leaked water in November and I was told it would be Feb before they could get me in. Joseph got me in and I paid about $500 for it to be fixed. In that process, whomever worked on it didn't hook up my sunroof. Before I could get the sunroof repaired, the car leaked again. Leaked is an UNDERSTATEMENT. It was like a faucet in the car. They got the car in and fixed it again, but said there was an air bag error code. It was nearly 6 weeks without my car. The car smells like water damage and the repair of the headlinger around the sunroof control panel looks crappy. The technician broke something while repairing the airbag and they had to wait on a part. In whole, this Suburban has spent about 2 months at Don Moore total since I got it there. The first time they replaced the transmission in 2023, they did it wrong and I had to have a second new transmission. I have leased 3 cars from Don Moore and bought 2 there. I wish I had never bought this Suburban. Again, the people you interface with are nice and helpful, but the work itself.......not impressed. Also, the car came back with only one headlight bulb. These things go out, but come on....

I went and fixed my car on the oil change on Frederick. They messed up my car with that. Old change. You'll use my insurance that I had to get my car fixed when it was your all's problem. Joel's mechanic. It should have been on you all fixing it and now, the last mechanic that parents weren't supposed to be a mechanic when I want to license one and when I told you I'll stop that. Called Bailey at Moore Automotive on 54 to make appointment to bring my vehicle in because I could tell something was wrong when I tried to start the vehicle it seemed the engine sounded rough trying to start the vehicle. I have a 2024 Tahoe with the Duramax engine with 12 K miles. First of all, I was disappointed in the wait time to get an appointment for service after my check engine light came on. The appointment was almost 3 weeks out. After diagnosis, a sensor in the fuel filter canister was replaced which took care of that code and the check engine light was out when I was reunited with my vehicle. When I started the vehicle, some of the symptoms were still evident to me which caused the check engine light to come on in the first place. I informed the service department and they had the shop foreman go for a drive with me so that I could show him what my Tahoe was doing. He hooked it up to the computer and he drove the vehicle himself. He acknowledged what it was doing but informed me that nothing was showing up on his scan. He informed me that I would need to drive the vehicle for at least 100 miles for the computer to gather data since all the codes had already been cleared. The shop foreman also informed me that even though the scan showed no miss fires, he would document what my vehicle was doing. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem but I'm leaving for a 1500 mile round trip in just a couple of days. Hopefully this issue will resolve itself and the check engine light won't come back on. If not, I'll have to get another appointment for service to resolve the issue. Hopefully, I won't have to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment to resolve the current issue.

I had a great experience with Zach Duvall and the finance guy sorry I forgot his name. They stayed late with me and my wife on a Friday and we worked out a good deal. It is much appreciated. The detail shop did a mediocre job on cleaning the car. I found trash in several spots and old chew toys under the seats. Overall it was a good experience.

The young ladies that checked me in were excellent.. The service manager and technician that helped resolve the problem or excellent. I did experience one problem. The technician that serviced my 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 forgot to put the new O-ring on the fuel filter before putting the housing back on. This resulted in quite a bit of diesel fuel pouring from the truck as it was exited from service department and parked in parking lot out front. And continue to pour fuel when restarted. The technician never said anything about the issue or tried to resolve the issue. There is no way that he would’ve been able to return to the service department without noticing the problem that had occurred because he forgot to put the O-ring seal on the fuel filter. Diesel fuel poured all the way around the building and he had to walk through it and passed it to return to the service department. After reporting the issue to the young ladies up front, another technician arrived to resolve the issue. Also, the service manager was made aware and contacted me to resolve the problem. The technician that performed the service, obviously doesn’t need to be performing work on customers vehicles. I know things can be forgotten, but there is no way he did not realize the problem before submitting the keys back to the service check-in.

Started off good, ended badly. When I got the call that the repair was done, I missed the call so I called back to get a ride back over to the dealership from melody, Nicki who kept answering the phone was very short with me and kept sending me to another phone extension before I could even finish explaining the reason for my call and it kept going to voicemail so I finally got someone to let melody know to pick me up. An hour later, I called again and again was sent to voicemail 3 times by Nicki so I asked my neighbor for a ride to the dealership and when I got there melody was sitting there and said nobody ever told her to come pick me up and the other two ladies sitting there said they never got a call from me and looked at me like I was crazy

When I got to the dealership. I was told they were running about 30 minutes behind. I was just getting oil change and tire rotation. It took 2 hours! Yes they apologized. They are short staffed. What I was told and have been for bit. Then why schedule appointments when you know you are going to run behind. I try to support my chevy service center. I know I can get it done cheaper and much faster at a quick change business. They need to better

I got need tires $3,300.My Corvettte was there a week and I came to pick it drove it down the Road and turn around and brought it back one of the wheel sensors was not working.so I call Friday trying to get a hold of a manager to see if they could over see what going on and make sure my car is done right. Finally the sale girl called me back but now it still going Monday or Tuesday depending on if they get the parts. I'm so glad I bought my 2026 GMC Terrain Denali at Don Moore Chevrolet GMC and that Aaron Dunn was my salesperson. He knew I was possibly interested in purchasing a Terrain- Denali and notified me as soon as on arrived on the lot. Aaron is always friendly, courteous, and was excellent at showing me the Terrain and its features. Aaron spent the time I needed to make sure I understood the features of the Terrain that I bought, showed me how all the controls and features worked, and then made sure I was comfortable driving the car before I left the dealership before I actually came back to finish the sale and drive the car home. Aaron was kind enough to offer an extra tutorial or two to help me when I wanted to make sure I remembered what I needed to do in operatiing my new SUV. He was an excellent teacher, was very patient with me, and told me to return if I had further questions. Don Moore is fortunate to have a great salesperson like Aaron. He continues to go the extra mile to make sure I am completely satisfied with my SUV purchase. I have been a loyal General Motors customer since 1980 (first at Roberts Motors Buick and then now for many years at Don Moore Chevrolet GMC). I was well-pleased with my purchase. The Terrain has actually been so much fun to drive! This SUV has been great so far and I can't thank Aaron enough for his expertise and friendly attitude; he has a great knowledge of the products he is selling and is so great to work with. I hope to buy many more vehicles at Don Moore.

Within 15 minutes of pulling my car into service, Codes were read and was known that the EGR valve was bad on my 2018 Chevy volt....yet I had to make multiple calls to find out "status" of the repair and was told it was still being "tested" ....HMMMM we already knew what was wrong! Anyway, ! week later I was told it was the EGR valve needed replaced and the bill would be a whopping 2,600 dollars, not covered under regular warrant or my 2,000.00 extended warranty I purchased! NO HAPPY AT ALL!!!

very very disappointed by the fact I spent almost $900 for the simonized and the car came back very dirty, a layer of over spray all over the windows, bumpers, just all over. After spending over $30,000 I did not leave with a clean car. The sales staff seemed to just want to get the money and get me out of there. Would not listen when I told them I was in no hurry to get the car hoping it would be cleaned up and ready to go. I was ashamed to show off my new car because it was so dirty.

Spent $1600 to repair truck Two days later same issue Spent another $1000 Didn’t drive 15 miles Same issue First time truck was returned my wife was so rudely and belligerently talked to by the tech Jacob that Bailey was ashamed and embarrassed … she apologized profusely for his behavior The second time my wife was told by Cody … Maybe you should take your truck somewhere else. I took it back and Colton came out as I’m sure Jacob and Cody are near as mouthy face to face with a man. We tried to work thru codes and it appears now I’ll have to spend another $400 to get truck right. This is AFTER Cody said a GM tech came down to assure our truck was repaired correctly. Bailey and the women at the front desk to receive customers are outstanding!!!!! Jacob and Cody are not much Colton seems to competent I have been a customer of Don Moore since 1992. I take my Chevy 3500 HD High Country to them because I expect professional/competent service. Not to have my wife treated to the way she was and have my truck misdiagnosed and expect me to pay for the mistakes. It’s not our fault DM tech can’t fix our truck. We get treated like we’re the bad guys cause we complain about spending $2700 in repairs while our truck sat on the lot for almost 3 weeks AND IT’S STILL NOT RIGHT

While the service was great, I was disappointed with the initial scheduling process. The online scheduling needs work. I scheduled an appointment online for a Friday and then was told that it had to be on a Saturday because the appointment I scheduled was for oil changes only. I don't agree with that statement as there were multiple options available when I schedule the Friday appointment.

I had my truck serviced and tires rotated. When it was finished, I got in it and started to leave… there was no sticker on the windshield to note when next service should be. I got out, went back to the desk and asked for a sticker….. which Victoria apologized and got the sticker. After leaving, I scrolled thru info on the truck… it showed that one tire was 10 pounds less than the other three! The tires were rotated … I don’t understand why the poundage was checked in each when the rotation was done ??? When I got home, even tho I paid for service and tire rotation, I had to get my air compressor and air up my tire. That is not the way servicing is suppose to work. I will say that Victoria and the other young lady in the service area are very polite and helpful.

Every person that I dealt with at the dealership was professional in every respect. The salesman, Aaron Dunn, went beyond my expectations to ensure that my every concern was resolved. A parts failure occurred on the vehicle the very next day after delivery. Aaron tackled this issue head-on and while it took a few days to resolve he stayed with the issue and kept me updated at every event during the process. The delay was compounded due to a week-end as well as the parts acquisition supply chain. Due to stellar customer service I received in 2023, I contacted Don Moore Service Department when I noticed a warning light (the end of October 2025). Unfortunately, there were no available appointments until the end of November. Desperate...I made an appointment with another recommended business and $566 later the problem wasn't fixed. Now at my wit's end, I called Don Moore Service Department on November 14th. When I was informed there was an opening within 2 hours (the same day), I accepted immediately. Again, I received excellent customer service from the time I entered/left Don Moore Service Department. I appreciated the informative and professional interaction with KayLynn and John (my mechanic). After an Auxiliary battery was replaced, I had mixed feelings. I was elated the initial problem was quickly resolved at Don Moore Service Department. 24 Silverado purchased new in January of 24 is making noise in front end. Technician drove vehicle when I had it in for oil change and said it might need new front differential so appointment was made to return on November 17. Bailey told me on the 17th the issue is the front tires rubbing when at full lock both directions and I can either ignore it or cut the inner fender liner. My response was I did not want to cut the inner fender on a vehicle still under warranty. The tires are the factory installed units and the noise has been present since vehicle was delivered new. Bailey informed me the technician would call me that day after he returned from lunch. No call from anyone as of yet. I know I didn't buy the truck from you as you did not have what I was looking for and could not locate one but I have purchased from you many times in the past and as you are a certified GM repair shop, I was hoping for a better outcome from my visit.

Bought my used GMC Acadia at the Hyundai dealership, came up with a steering assist issue. I called the service phone number to setup an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I went to the Hyundai dealership where I bought the vehicle. They did not have me in their system for an appointment. After some checking he said Oh you need to go to the Chevrolet service dealership next door. So, first time for me to get a service completed here, it was confusing with all the desks, counters, etc. Got to the right spot after I asked a couple of employees, and they asked if my vehicle was inside, I said no the door is closed. Got the door opened, got my vehicle inside and a service tech asked what was wrong and I explained. Went back inside told another service person at the desk what was wrong and she started typing to get me going. After couple of hours the service person handling my car said they found the problem and I had to pay $200 up front with the extended warranty I purchased with the car. I told her I just bought the used vehicle and should have 3 months / 3,000 mile warranty from the dealership. After about 20 minutes she came back and said it was all good. My appointment was for 9:30 am and my car was repaired, and I was out the door about 12:30 pm. While waiting that last hour I asked if they would clean the windshield inside and out, that it fogs up on me a lot. She said yes, I will tell them. When paperwork was all completed, I asked about the windshield, and she forgot to tell them. She did not offer to have someone clean it right then. When I got in my car it was parked inside the building in the exit row with a truck in front of me. No one was in the truck, so I went back inside and asked how I exit the building. She told someone is in the truck to leave, and I told her no one is in the truck. Then the service tech. that opened the door the first time told me he would move another vehicle, and I could exit out the in door??? Whew that is a lot and my first time here everything seemed VERY VERY VERY Chaotic. I appreciate my car getting into the service dept. and fixed, if I need service again, I will know a little better of the process.

Very pleased. They did have a situation the week prior where they had some workers had call out of work and they were pretty backed up, so I chose to rescheduled. Things happen, and I completely understand it was out of their control. But when I came in a few days later to get my car serviced, they took care of me with great attention. Very happy! I am a new Chevrolet owner and I love my 2026 Tahoe. They were great to work with in sales, service, and with management.

Took my Corvette Z06 in for first oil change. When I noticed the overfill I took it back in. The oil was changed again, and the service manager promised me to was at the correct level. Not long after the second oil change I noticed oil on my garage floor. I drove my car to a different dealer and they said the oil was overfilled. The excess oil caused my oil leak. Overfilled twice. Unacceptable.

I was disappointed to learn that Andy Burden is no longer service manager. He was one of the main reasons I let Don Moore do our vehicle service. I always found Andy to be fair,honest and personable. That is very important to me. Any questions or concerns Andy was always available. Have no idea who new service manager is or if he will be available, never saw or spoke with him when I had vehicle serviced.

We came in 2 weeks ago. They worked on the car 7 hours and found no oil leak. Told us to come back in 1000 miles. We come back, they look at it for 30m and tell us that every part involved in sealing the oil must be replaced..which told me they could not find the leak.
